Synopsis
Bintang Tanpa Nama follows Aya, a criminal lawyer living in Kuantan, and Ilham, a barista at the café Kita, Usai who was once someone she quietly cared about. Their reunion brings two people carrying very different histories back into each other's lives. Over a relatively short period, they encounter loss, friendship, family, forgiveness and unresolved memories that continue shaping the present. Beneath Ilham's cheerful personality and Aya's professional composure lie private struggles that neither can easily escape. The novel reflects on the people who become important in our lives without receiving recognition, and on the ways people sometimes leave themselves open to being hurt again.
